truckload carriers are under Contract (currently 112) with a Schedule
of Rates in writing, Insurance on file, and history of service maintained.
LTL carriers are either under Contract or serving as Common Carrier
with pricing published. FAK (Freight All Kinds) available depending
on volume and commodity mix. |

Billing |
| All
shipments are consolidated in a Summary for the week's activity, listing
all pertinent information such as, B/L#, Order#, Destination, Weight,
etc. Attached to the Summary is one Invoice for the total amount shipped. |

Shipping Cost |
| Each
shipment is rated and cost is provided the following morning. |

Claims are filed on behalf of our customers and disposition is assured
in a timely manner. |
